Founded by Marla and Dale—a duo who combine a keen sense of design with real estate expertise—Perfectly Placed by Design blends creative artistry with practical know-how to ensure every detail is thoughtfully executed.

Co-Founder & Designer
As both a seasoned realtor and co-founder of Perfectly Placed by Design, Dale brings a rare blend of market insight and design sophistication to the world of residential staging. With a deep understanding of buyer psychology and real estate trends, Dale transforms properties into compelling, move-in-ready spaces that captivate and convert.
The dual expertise allows her to approach staging with strategic precision—knowing exactly what features resonate with buyers and how to highlight a home’s full potential. From layout optimization to aesthetic refinement, Dale ensures every detail serves a purpose: faster sales, stronger offers, and a seamless client experience.
Known for her methodical approach and creative flair, Dale’s commitment to excellence is reflected in every staged home and every real estate transaction. Dale is also Stage Design Certified with Style To Design.
Outside of work, Dale enjoys exploring emerging design trends, golf and worldwide travel.
Marla Adams
Co-Founder and Designer
Marla Adams is a proven industry expert on various levels covering ALL residential aspects of real estate including Buying, Selling, Relocation, Property Management and Home Renovation & Design for the past 21+ years in the Tampa Bay Area.
Residing in Tampa since 1996, she built her real estate career on the premise of doing what is right for the client, embracing accountability, delivering results, and giving back to our Community Heroes!
Marla’s passion for being a Real Estate Broker transcends from her prior military experience in the United States Navy for 8 years.
Marla’s passion for the industry transcends from her prior military experience in the United States Navy for 8 years; where attention to detail, discipline and going above and beyond the call of duty has allowed her to build and empower her team of agents and designers.
In addition, she has successfully bridged the benefits of residential staging with real estate to ensure the success of listing agents and sellers combined. Outside of work, Marla plays competitive tennis, golf/pickleball, enjoys the arts and travels internationally.
